Faraz Rafique
Faraz is a Fellow member of Association of Chartered certified Accountants (ACCA) and is also an IT Auditor (CISA). Faraz was an Associate Director at one of Big 4 accountancy firms in the UK, where he worked for 16 years. Faraz has worked on internal audit and financial statements audits, across a range of entities and sectors. Within audit, Faraz further specialised in business process assurance, including Information Technology assurance. Faraz can help you to streamline your processes, design adequate controls to help address risks, support with implementation of new systems and support with the annual financial statements audit process. Faraz also holds extensive experience as an executive coach. Faraz can also coach your staff to efficiently and effectively operate procedures and acquire useful professional skills.
Azka Khurshid
Azka is an ACCA and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualified tax advisor who has gained wealth of experience in corporate and personal tax, VAT, compliance and advisory. She has worked with wide range of clients from owner managed businesses to large corporates advising them on tax related matters that include share schemes, overseas and cross border tax matters, R&D claims, capital allowances claims, property related matters, corporate restructuring and inheritance tax planning.
